THIS MATTER came on before me, the undersigned Judge,
on May 18, 1984 in reference to the Husband's Motion for Contempt,
and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife shall be held in contempt of Court
and shall pay to the Husband $50.00 for his travel expenditures
for the cancelled visitation appointments.
2. That the Wife shall pay $50.00 attorney's fees to
Attorney John C. Guerriero for his services in the representation
of the Husband in this matter. Additionally, the Wife shall pay

j taxable costs incurred in the p.rosecution of this matter in the

~ amount of $35.80.

~ 3. In the event of future difficulties in fulfilling
~ ~
the visitation rights afforded to the Husband due to any reason
whatsoever, the Wife shall contact her attorney immediately at
his office, teleph.one # 569-0000 or his home, telephone # 567-6366
Zn the event the Wife is unable to contact her attorney, she is
to contact her Husband's attorney at his business # 464-7853 or
~ his residence, #465-4478. In the event that the Wife is
~
~ unsuccessful in contacting the Husband's attorney, she is to
~ contact her Husband directly at ~655-3950.
