l. Part of the assets of the estate consists of certain ~

real property described as Lot 19, Block 219, South Port St. Lucie,
Onit 16, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book .
16, Page 43 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. The Petitioner considera that it is expedient, ~
necessary and in the best interest of the estate to sell the
above-described real property in order to provide funds for
distribution to the beneficiaries of the estate.

~ 3. A signed Contract for Sale has been received to

~ purchase the above-described real property from the eatate,
~ the terms of. the sale be3ng as follows: a copy of said Contract,~

~ is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
~ 4. LINCOLN FIRST BANR, N.A., NBW Division, the only

~ interested person, for purposes of this proceeding, has filed
~ with the court its written Consent and Waiver of Notice of Sale

~ of the property described in paragraph 1 hereof. _
