This cause has been considered by this court upon
the Petition of FIRST LINCOLN TROST COMPANY, N.A., as Florida
Ancillary Personal Representative of the Estate of Arnold Feldnaan,
deceased, and the Court having determined that it is -in the
best interest of the estate that certain assets of the estate
be sold in order to provide funds for distribution to the benefi-
ciaries of the estate, that the best interest of the estate
will be served by a sale of the property at a private sale and
that the sale should be for the sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
