FINAL OISCHARGE
The petition of MAtiTHA LOUISE McCANN shows:
1. Charles E. Fargo died on the 16th day of September, 1980 in
fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of his death he was domiciled in
and was a resident of St. Lucie County, Ftorida.
2. On the 2nd day of Oecembar, 19~s by ordar of the Hon. Philip
G. Nourse, circuit judge for the above county, the witl of Charles E.
Fargo was duly admitted to probate and on the dame date, tetters of
administration were issued to the petitioner.
3• Administration was to be conctuded and distribution of the
reat property was to be made and petitioneir filed a Petition for Oischarge
on or about the 20th day of December, 1983• ~
~ 4. The petitioner has now obteined a purchaser for this real prope~ty
~ and a copy of the contract is attached hereto.

representative of the estate and will furnish the personal representative
with the necessary funds to pay closing costs, fees and costs of administration.
1,1l~REfORE, petitioner asks that the coui-t allow her and enter its
~ order for her to withdraw the Petition for Discharge praviously fited
' and allaw the personal representative to file an Amendad Petition for
Discharge after tha sale of the real estate has been concluded. ,
