Withdraw the Petition for Discharge filed by the personal
representative of the Estate.of CHARLES E. FARGO, deceased;
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
therefore -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the personal representative
is hereby allowed to withdraw her Petition for Discharge hereto-
fore filed herein and, therefore, file an Amended Petition for
Discharge after the sale of the.real property, which is an asset
of the above captioned estate. ~
