ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN ;
The petition of GOMER H. WARD for the appointment of a;
guardian of the person and property of GEORGE ALLEN WARD, coming ;
on this day to be heard and it appearing to the court that said ~
person is incompetent because of repeated admissions to. the
hospital because infirmities of aging, confused and disoriented, ~
suffering from a stroke resulting from old age and that it is ~
necessary for a guardian to be appointed; and the court having ~
jurisdiction and being fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that HOMER H. WARD is hereby appointed as guardian of
the person and property of GEORGE ALLEN WARD, incompetent.
. ADJUDGED FURTHER that said HOMER H. WARD is not required to
~ile a bond in the amount of $0.00 payable to the Governor of the

' ~ State of Florida and to his successors in office, conditioned on

f the faithful performance of all duties by the guardian, according
