WILLIAM EVANS BRYANT, deceased.
~ PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, WILLIAM EVANS BRYANT, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on November 11, 1983, and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on December 7, 1983.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Accounting, Receipt
~of Beneficiary and Consent to Discharge of the only residuary
beneficiary and interested person of the above estate, who acknow-
ledges receipt of distribution and consents to the entry of an
Order discharging the Personal Representative without delay, notice
or hearing.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. Thz amount of compensation paid to DAVID F. ALBRECHT,
as attorney for the Personal Representative together with the

~ cost of the preparation of return fees and miscellaneous costs of
i ~
~ administration was $856.80.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of -
~ Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with
this Court, a Nontaxable Certificate of the State of Florida.
PetitiQnQr was not required to file a Federal estate tax return
~ with the Internal Revenue Service.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered dis-
~ charging the Petitioner as Personal Representative of this estate.

~ Release of surety is not r~q.~ired, because no bond was posted.
