' { 1::;~~ii ~ ' ~ l: u'. ~'vi , I~ LOUIS DORFMAN, a single man, residing in Fort Pierce, ~ Saint Lucie County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind ' ; , and memory, and mindful of the uncertainty of human life, and de- ~ sirous of making disposition of my property and affairs, do hereby : make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, ~ ~ hereby revoking and cancelling any and all other Wills and Codi- cils by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my . beloved son, KENNETH BRUCE DORFMAN, as sole personal representa- ~ tive; however, if he should fail to qualify or ceases to act for any reason whatsoever, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved daughter, MRS. BARBARA RUNDBAKEN, in his place and stead, ~ and direct that neither of them shall be required to file a bond as such in any jurisdiction, SECOND: I do hereby direct that my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my personal representative of my i ~ estate. as soon after my decease as.is practicable. i THIRD: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my es- ~ ` ' tate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever kind or nature, and I wheresoever the same may be situate, of which I may die seized or ~ possessed, or to which I may in any wise be entitled at the time ~ of my decease, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my be- ~ ~ lo~~ed son, KENNETH BRUCE DORFMAN, for himself, absolutely and ~ forever; however, if he be not then surviving, then to my beloved ~ dau hter (MRS.
