I, ANNABELLE N:, HUnGI~'S, of For* Pierce, F~orida, being c~
sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills and codicils
by me heretofore made. •
ARTICLE I ~
I direct that upon my c~eath all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid out of my estate as soon aft+er my decease as shall be convenien~

- I do hereby give, devise and bequeath one-half of my estate where-
soever situated, to my husband, EDWARD HUDGINS and the remaining one-half .
of my estate to my four (4) children, ELLEN MARIE LANE, NELLIE RUTH
DONNER, LEWIS EDWARD HUDGINS and MARY ANN HUDGINS, share and
share alike. In the event that my husband, EDWARD HUDGINS, shall predecease
me, then I do give, devise and bequeath all my estate, wheresoever situated,
to my four (4) children, ELLEN MARIE LANE, NELLIE RUTH DONNER,
LEWIS EDWARD HUDGINS and MARY ANN HUDGINS, share and share alike. ~
ARTICLE III
I hereby consritute and appoint my husband, EDWARD HUDGINS,
and my son, LEWIS EDWA~tD HUDGINS, as Co-Executors of this my Last Will
and Testament and I expressly confer upon them power as such Executors to
administer my estate. I expressly confer upon them full authority and power to
