sell and convey any part of my estate, at public or private sale, with or without
notice, as they may deem best, and without any order of court, and to make good
and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser.
• In the case of the death of both my Co=Executors during rriy life,
or of their incapacity or refusal to act, I nominate, consritute and appoint, my
daughters, ELLEN MARIE I:ANE, NE~.LIE RUTH JONNER ~nd MARY ANN
HUDGINS as Succe~sor Executors with all of the rights and duties herein given
to and imposed upon my Co-Executors.
ARTICLE IV •
In the event that my husband, EDWARD HUDGINS, shall die with
me in a common accident or disaster, or under such circumstances as may make
~ impossible or difficult to determine which of us died first, or within sixty
(60) days after my death I direct my hu~band shall be conclusively deemed to
have survived me. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and
