KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in consideration of the payment

hereby acknowledged, the undersigned do thereby fully acknowledge full and
complete satisfaction of certain Order entered in the above st~yled cause,
to wit:

67/100 (~545.67) in favor of the Plaintiff, UNITED STATES FIDELITY & GUARANTY
