Petitioner, as personal representative of the above estate,~

1. The decedent, ROBERT LEE BROWN, JR., also known as
, ROBERT L. BRO~~TN, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died ~
~ on January 27, 1983, and Letters of Administration were issued ~

j~ to Petitioner on March 1, 1983. ~
2, By virtue of an Agreement dated December 20, 1983, ~ ~

previously filed herein, the parties and each of them did waive ~ ~
~I ~ ~
further notice of any proceedings in this estate and did also E

; I waive the filing of a final or other accounting by the personal

; il representative including waiver of service of the Petition for ~
~ ~
` Discharge of the personal representative and any and all notice

f thereof and consented to the entry of~an Order discharging the

~ personal representative without notice, hearing, or waiting ~

ij 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
