with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
. with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made d'istribution of the assets of this
estate as set forth in that certain Agreement dated December
20, 1983. ~
7. The only persons, other than Petitioner, having an I
interest in this roceedin and their res ective addresses are: !

~ this estate and releasing the surety on any bond which Petitioner
