The petitioner, ANDREW WEBB DOMINGUEZ, as personal
:representative of.the above estate, alleges:
1. Part of the assets of this estate consist of the
~following descri~ed real property located in St. Lucie County,
'Florida:
From the Northeast corner of Section 21, Township 37 South,
Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run South $9°55'

to the Northwesterly right of way line for GladesCut-Off
Road; thence run South 44°43'30" West along the said right ~

2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient, necessary
and to the best interest of the estate to sell the above-desc~ibed
'real property to provide funds for the payment of the debts of
the decedent and costs of administration.
3. Petitioner, as personal representative, has received
an offer to purchase said real prope~ty at private sale for
$50,000 cash.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that an
Order be entered authorizing.petitioner to se11 said property on
~ the terms and conditions set forth in this Petition.
