This cause coming on to be heard before this Court upon the
petition of ANDREW WEBB DOMINGUEZ, as personal representative of
the Estate of William Edward Dominguez,~deceased, for an order
authorizing the sale of the real property hereinafter described,
and the court finding that all interested persons have been
served proper notice hereof or have waived notice; and it appear-
ing that the best interests of the estate would be served by the
sale of said real property, and the court being fully advised, ?

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ANDREW [JEBB DOMINGUEZ, as personal
representative of the estate of WILLIAM EDWARD DOMINGUEZ,
deceased, is hereby authorized to sell the following described
