I, ADELE A. NAJAR, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do ~
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and _
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codici].s `
heretofore made by me.-

I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon after my death as convenient.

I direct that my remai~s be cremated and disposed of by .
my daughter, MICHELE NAJAR.

All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
both real and personal, wherever situate, whether now owned or
r hereafter acquired by me, I devise to my daughter, riICHELE .
E NAJAR, if living, and if not, in equal shares to her then living children,

f if any, and if none, in equal shares to my then living brothers

and sisters.

I appoint my-daughter, MICHELE NAJAR, as personal rep-
resentative of my estate, to serve without bond. In the event
~ she is not willing or able to serve as such, I appoint SUN BANK
~ OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its successor, as
