I, CLEORA H. MERKLE, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, '
having my sole domicile therein, and being of sound mind and~
disposing memory, do hereby declare this as and for my Last Will
and Testament, intending hereby to dispose of all my estate.
1. PRIOR WILLS: I hereby revoke-aYl-~~Will , codicils and
other testamentary documents by me at any time heretofore made.
2. PAYMENT OF DEBTS: I direct that my funeral expenses
(including the cost of any monument which may be chosen or
obtained by my Fiduciary) and all my past debts be paid.
3. BURIAL INSTRUCTIONS: I direct my Fiduciary to carry out
my written desires as to my remains, funeral and.burial. In the
absence of such, I give my Fiduciary full authority and dis-
cretion in the matter.
4. PRESUMPTION: Except as otherwise specifically stated,
if any Party who would normally take under this Will (whether
directly or contingently), should die within 3 months after my
~ death, it shall be conclusively presumed, for all purposes of
~ this Will, that I survived such Party.

5. BONDING: Any Fiduciary specifically appointed in this
€
~ Will by name, a sole beneficiary, or any corporate Fiduciary
€ .
~ shall not be required to give any bond or other secuxity for the
qualification or performance of his duties as Fiduciary in this ~
, State or in any other jurisdiction wherein the services of such
~ ~
~ Fiduciary may be required.

~ 6. PERMITTED USE: The Fiduciary shall have the authority
~
~ -to permit any beneficiary to use any property without liability
on the part of said Fiduciary for any injury to, consumption or
~ loss of, any such property so used.
: 7. HOMESTEAD: The First Recipient of a"Homestead which
~
shall be subject to Devise", is hereby devised all automobiles,
