household furniture, furnishings, appliances, garden equipment
and tools, located in said "Homestead". The purpose of this
paragraph shall be that the Life Tenant shall receive all said
personalty outright as against the remaindermen and that the
remaindermen shall receive same equally in the absence of any
Life Tenant.
8. CATCH-ALL PROVISION: Any share or portion of a share of
any devise created hereunder, or any other property, wealth,
asset or thing of value of mine which is not disp~osed of under
any other provision of this Will, and any lapsed, forfeited,
revoked, voided, relinquished or incomplete devise or bequest,
which is not otherwise~disposed of in this Will, shall go and be
distributed to my Heirs-at-Law. Their identity and respective
share shall be determined in all respects as if my death had .
occurred immediately following the happening of the event re-
quiring such distribution and according to the laws of this State
then in force governing the distribution of the estate of intes-

tate.

i 9. INTERPRETATION: Except as otherwise specifically stated

~ in this Will, the following shall be used in interpreting this

~ Will.
A. Al1 devises herein given shall be in addition to
other transfers, gifts, or otherwise which i made during my
lifetime to such Party. ~
~ B. Any term or word used herein shall have the same
~ meaning and definition as is given to such term or word by the
~
~ laws of this State and of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as
~ amended.

t C. Reference to "ehild", "son", or "daughter" shall
~ include a natural, adopted, pretermitted child or son or daugh-
