D. Reference to "En~ity" shall mean Estate or Trust as
the context requires or permits.
E. Reference to "Estate" shall mean, as of any point
in time, all my property, real, personal (tangible and intan-
gible) and mixed of whatsoever kind or nature and wheresoever
situated, including any property over which I may have a power of
disposition or appointment, as the context permits or requires.
. F. Reference to "Fiduciary" shall mean a Trustee,
Personal Representative, Executor, Administrator, or Guardian, as
the context permits or requires. ~ ~
G. Reference to "Issue" shall in~lude only a natural
child, whether or not pretermitted, and shall exclude an adopted
child.
H. Reference to the masculine or singular of any word
shall be construed to include the feminine, neuter and plural
_ thereof, and vice versa,~as the context permits or requires.
f I. Reference to "minor" or "minority", shall mean

importance being placed upon the order of the paragraphs herein.
