CONDOMINIUM COVENANTS. I11 addition to thc c~vcnants and agrecmcnts madc in the sccurity instrument,
Borrowcr and Lendcr funher covcnant and agrcc a~ follaws: .
A. Assess~qents. Borrower shall promptly pay. whcn due, all assessments imposed by the Owne[$ Association
or othcr gaverning body of thc Condaminium Project Ihcrein "Owncrs Assaciation") pursuant to the provisions of thc
declaration, by-laws, code c~f rcgulations or other constitucnt document of the Condaminium Project.
B. Hszard i~uraace. Sc~ long ac thc Owncrs Association maintains a"master" or "blanket" policy on the .
Condominium Praject which provides insurance coverage against fim, hazards included within the term "eatended ~
coverage." and such other hazards as Lender may requirc, and in such amounts and for such periods as Lender may t
require, then: _ ~
(i) L.ender waives the provision in Uniform C~venant 2 for the monthly payment to Lender of one-twelfth ~
of the premium installments far hazard insurancc on thc Pmperty; i
(ii) Borrower s obligation under Uniform Covenant S to maintain hazard insurance coverage on the ~
Prapeny is deemeo satisfied: and '
(iii) the provisions in Uniform Covenant S regarding appticati~n af hazard insurartce proceeds shall be
superseded by any provisianc of the declaratic~n, b}-1awc, code of regulations or ather constituent document of the `
Condc~minium Project or of applicable law to the extent necessar~• t~~ avc~id a conflict between such provisions ancl ~
the provisions of Uniform Covcnant 5. ~'or am~ peri~~d of timc during which such hazard insurance coverage is not

would change the percentage interestc c?f the unit ow•ncn in the Cc~ndominium Project: or
Iiii) the eHectuation ~~f am J~cisie~n b~ the (~•ners Association to terminate professional management and
assumc sclf-managcment of thc Candaminium Prc~jrct. ~
D. Remedies. If Borrow~er breaches Borrower's cr?venants aad agreemeats berennder, including t6e coveaaut
to p~s- whee due condominium assessments. then Lender ma~~ invoke any remedies pmvided under the security
instrnment. incfuding. bui not limited to. tlwse provided under 1lniform Coveeaat 7.
