FINAL JUDGEMENT OF ADOPTION ~
THI~ CAUSE having come on to be heard before me this day ~
on Petition for Adoption and it appearing that Karlos Clarke
has properly filed his Petition herein and given testimony that_ a
default has 1~~~~. duly enter~d against the natural _father and the
Division of Family Services having Waived investigation in this
case, and it appearing that the natural mother of the child_has
cansented to the Petition filed herein, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises finds:
1. That the Petitioner, KAFLOS B.~CLARKE, being the Brother- ~
in-law of the natural mother•of the child sought to be adopted .
and being a fit and proper person to have the care and custody of
said minor child and that the best interest of said child will
be promoted by such adoption. -
2. That the child is suitable for adoption by the said
petitioner.
_ 3. That the consent of the mother of the minor.child has
4 been obtained and that in the circumstances, all consents necessary
~ have been filed herein. .
~ 4. That a Default has been duly entered against the natural
~ father. .
~ It is, therefore, upon consideration:
~ ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. That the permanent custody of the child known as

~ HOWARD G. SAUNDERS, in these proceedings, be and the same is hereby

~ given to KARLOS B. CLARK~.

K 2. That said child now known as HOWARD G. SAUNDERS is given
~ the lawful name of and shall henceforth be known as
~ HOWARD G. SAUNDERS-CLARKE.
j 3. That the said child is hereby declared to be the legal
~ child and lawful heir to KARLOS B. CLARKE, petitioner herein,

and the said child shall be subject to all of the obligations
