BEFORE ME the undersigned authority, personally appeared ~
CHARLES E. STEVENS, who upon being duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That he is the son of John E. Stevens and Lora A.
Stevens, his wife, who together, as husband and wife, took title
to the hereinafter described real property on January 20 A.D.,
1976, by warranty deed from Marvin J. Ragan and Rosalie Ragan,
his wife:
North 1/2 of North 1/2 af Southeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4, ~
Section 8, Tawnship 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida;
ANU from the Southeast corner of the East 1/2 of the .
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 35
South, Range 39 east, St. Lucie County, Florida, run West -
44.5 feet to a concrete monument and the point of beginning;
thence continue West on the quarter-quarter sectic~~~ line
' 623.69 feet to a concrete monument; thence on an angle of
90°18'30" as measured from East to North run North 44:5 feet
to a concrete monument; thence run Easterly 623.62 feet to a
concrete monument, said monument being 53.5 feet North of
the point of beginning and 44.5 feet West of the East line ~
' of said Section 8; thence run South 53.5 feet to the Point
of Beginning. .
2. Affiant can state of his own personal knowledge that
John E. Stevens and Lora A. S~evens, his wife, were continuously
• married to one another from January 20 A.D., 1976, the date they
took title to subject property, to and including the date of the
