MILLER, his wi`~e, individually and as Trustees, hereinafter called the Grantors, to JAMES W. WILSON, JR. and JOEL D. / McCLINTON, whose post office address is Post Office Box 4480, ~oo° Montgomery, Alabama 36195, hereinafter called the Grantees: , (Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Grantees" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, a legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the 1 successors and assigns of corporations) WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable consideration, receipt~of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, ~ release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees an undivided 50$ ~ interest (which is their entire interest) in and to that certain land ~ situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as ~ follows: The NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; that~part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 lying North of Okeechobee Road; and also that part of the West 1/4 of the NE 1/4 lying North of Okeechobee Road, also known as State Road 70, all in Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida SUBJECT TO right-of-way for North St. Lucie River , Water Management District Canal #37 over and across the North 40.5 feet of the said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 • and right-of-way for North St. Lucie River Water Management District Canal #29 (also known as Five Mile Creek) along the Eastern boundary of the Northern ~ portion of the said West 1/4 of the NE 1/4. It is the intention of Grantors to hereby convey to Grantees their entire interest in the above lands. ~ TOGETHER WITH all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. _ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. F - AND Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantees that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the ¢ Grantors have good right and lawful.authority to sell and convey said ` land; that the Grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said land i and will-defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons ~ whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except E taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1983. .
