THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the Q~~~ day of June, 1984, by GEORGE F.
MILLER and MARION N. MILLER, his wi`~e, individually and as Trustees,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to JAMES W. WILSON, JR. and JOEL D. /
McCLINTON, whose post office address is Post Office Box 4480, ~oo°
Montgomery, Alabama 36195, hereinafter called the Grantees: ,
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Grantees"
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, a
legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the 1
successors and assigns of corporations)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00, and other valuable consideration, receipt~of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, ~
release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees an undivided 50$ ~
interest (which is their entire interest) in and to that certain land ~
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as ~
follows:
The NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; that~part of the SE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 lying North of Okeechobee Road; and
also that part of the West 1/4 of the NE 1/4 lying
North of Okeechobee Road, also known as State Road
70, all in Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie County, Florida
SUBJECT TO right-of-way for North St. Lucie River ,
Water Management District Canal #37 over and across
the North 40.5 feet of the said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
• and right-of-way for North St. Lucie River Water
Management District Canal #29 (also known as Five Mile
Creek) along the Eastern boundary of the Northern
~ portion of the said West 1/4 of the NE 1/4.
It is the intention of Grantors to hereby convey to
Grantees their entire interest in the above lands.
~ TOGETHER WITH all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.

AND Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantees that the
Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
¢ Grantors have good right and lawful.authority to sell and convey said
` land; that the Grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said land
i and will-defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
~ whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except
E taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1983. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantors have hereunto set their
