LICHT, a/k/a CARL LICHT, individu and as Co-Trustee under the y provisions of a recorded deed duly executed and delivered to him in pursuance of Agreement dated 5/8/81, made by CARL M. LICHT, and Aqreement dated 5/8J'81, made by SHIRLEY M. LICHT, and SHIRLEY M. . LICHT, a/k/a SHIRLEY LICHT, wife of CARL M. LICHT, individually and as Co-Trustee under the provisions of a recorded deed duly executed and delivered to her in pursuance of Agreement dated 5/8/81, made by CARL M. LICHT, and Agreement dated 5/8/81, made by SHIRLEY M. LICHT, hereinafter called the Grantors, to JAMES W. WILSON, JR. and JOEL D. McCLINTON; whose post office address is Post Office Box 4480, Montgomery, Alabama 36195, hereinafter.called the Grantees: (Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Grantees" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal, representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and.assigns of corporations) . . WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00, and other~valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees an undivided 25$ interest (which is their entire interest) in and to that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particula=ly described as follo~as : The NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; that part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 lying North of Okeechobee Road; and also that part of the West l/4 of the NE 1/4 lying North of Okeechobee Road, also known as State Road 70, all.in Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 4~0 East, St. Lucie County, Florida . SUBJECT TO right-of-way for North St. Lucie River Water Management District Canal ~37 over and across ~ the North 40.5 feet of the said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and right-of-way for North St. Lucie River Water . Management District Canal #29 (also known as-Five Mile Creek) along the Eastern boundary of the Northern ' portion of the said West 1/4 of the NE 1/4. i F _ It is the intention of_ Crantors, individually and as Co-Trustees as aforesaid, to hereby convey to Grantees F their entire interest in the above lands. ! ~ ~ TOGETHER WITH all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances ~ thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
