NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
Pursuant to Section 713.13 Florida Statutes, the undersigned
gives notice of the following:
~ Within 30 days from the reca~;iation of this Notice, improve-
ment generally described as: •

will be commenced on the real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, legally described as:

according to the p2at thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 24, Pages 12, 12A through 12E, _
inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie
County,-Florida.
This property is owned by LAUREL BUILDERS, INC.
whose address is P. O. Box 789, Fern Park, Florida 32730
The Owner's interest in the site of the improvement is fee simple.
The name and address of the contractor is: above-named owner will T
also be general contracto r and will enter into contracts with others
from time to time for improving said property, the names and addresses
of whom are not known at this time. '
