St. Lucie County, Florida;

1. All of ita appurtenances, according to said Declaration of Condominium
and all of its exhibits, including automobile parking spaces No. 102, 104, 105,
107, 202, 204, 207 and 209, and all o~ the tenements, hereditaments and other
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anyvise appertaining. ~
