OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
T1iIS CAUSE having coming on for trial on the 6th day of
July, 1984, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence and finds and determines; This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit,
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
~ 1. Dissolution. The marriage between REBECCA SUE
~
BOEHNLEIN, Wife, and RICKY ALLEN BOEHNLEIN, Husband, be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
- hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
- existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY. Sole parental ~
; responsibility of the minor child ~f the parties, TABATHA RAYE
- BOEHNLEIN, d.o.b. September 27, 1983, shall be with the Wife with
1 the primary physical residence (custody) of said minor child being
awarded to the maternal grandparents, Billy Mounts, Sr, and Rosemary
Mounts, subject to the mother's liberal rights to visitation and
to the father's limited rights of visitation; said father's
visitation being limited to the grandparent's residence based
_ upon the Court finding that the father is unfit due to beatings~
