fighting with the wife and the father's leaving the minor child
when the child was ten days old. The father shall not remave the
child from the State of Florida without written order of the
Court or written permission of thz mother.
4. MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER The parties be and hereby
are injoined and restrain from physically and mentally harassing
each other. The Sheriff of St.Lucie County, Florida and his duly
appointed deputies are hereby order to enforce the terms of this
- restraining order without further order of this Court.
5. RESERVATION OF JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this
cause and the parties hereto is hereby reserved by this Court for
the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, on this 6th of July, 1984.
