DISSOLUTION OF biARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this 6th day of July,
A. D., 1984, and the Court having given full consideration to
all the evidence, finds and determines that this Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this ~uit;
that the relation of Husband and ~9ife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be
dissolved, it is therefore
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. Dissolution of llsarriage: The marriage between
JOHN KITt~N, Husband and ELLEN IRENE KLTHN, ~9ife, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing -
~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

' 2. Jurisdiction: Jurisdiction of this cause and the

~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be just and proper.
