HomeMy WebLinkAbout0945 i 1 ~ ~ ~ T 1 1 . f Upon acceleration under paragraph 1'~ lieteof or abandonment of the Pcoperty, L.ender shall be entitled to have a receiver appointed by a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and !o collect the rents of the Property including those past due. All rents collect~d by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of munagement of the Property and collection of rents, irtcluding, but not limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on ~eceiver's bonds and reasonable attor~eys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to ac- count only for those rents actually received. 20. Rek~se. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage withaut chazge to Bc~rrower. ~3orrower shali pay alf costs of recordation, if any. 21. Attornq~s' Fea. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall include attorneys' fees, if any, which may be awarded by an appellate court.
