ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Wife's Motion For
Emergency Relief, and the Court having examined the pleadings and
having heard the testimony of the Wife, and the Court finding that it
is necessary to gr~nt emeraency reliez under Florida Rule Of Civil
Procedure 1.610 and pursuant to Chapter 61.1312, Florida Statutes,

u~on the following facts:

~ l. That the Husband has physically battered the Wife and

has driven her from her home in fear of her life.

2. That because of the threats of the Husband against the
Wife that she was forced to leave her minor child in the physical
t control of the Husband.

` 3. That the Husband drinks alcohol to the excess and it is
not in the best interests of the child tr~at the child be in the
F Husband's care, custody and control because of his drinking problem.
4. That the Husband has threatened to remove the child from
the State of Florida and appears to be making preparations to leave tl-.e
State with the child,
5. That the Husband has battered the Wife and the Wife has !
had to seek medical treatment because of the Husband's physical battering ~

and abuse of the Wife.
