LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO.: 84-389 FR-O1 IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF: VERONICA LAWRENCE Petitioner, and ALVIN IAWRENCE Respondent / FINAL JUDGEMENT THIS CAUSE having come on for Final Hearing on June 7, 1984 on the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court having heard testimony of the Petitioner and being otherwise fully advised, the Court finds that the marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent is irretrievably broken, therefore it is: ` ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - That the marriage between the ~ Petitioner and Respondent is hereby dissolved. ~ i ; 2. RESIDENCY - The Petitioner is a bona fide resident of $ and has continuously lived in the State of Florida for more than six 4 months prior to the cormiencement of this action. 3. PROCESS - The Respondent has executed an affadavit ~ rf waiving service of process and stipulating to the entry of a default ; ~ herein. F ~ x 4. CUSTODY - The Petitioner is awarded custody of the - I ~ - minor children, April LaJune Lawrence whose birth date is July 25, 1972 and Alvin Antuan Lawrence, birth date May 29, 1974. The Respondent is ordered to pay child support in the amount of $15.00 weekly per child; s ~ payment to be made through the Clerk of Court with the Statutory fee of $2.00. 5.
