(1982 Supplement) the employer of Alvin Lawrence is hereby ordered to
deduct, on a periodic basis, from the incofie of Alvin Lawrence child
support payments provided herein, and remitt same, after deducting
his charge of $1.00 for handling, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
This income deduction provision shall not become effective
until such time as Alvin Lawre~ce is delinquent on two child support
payments.
In the event Alvin Lawrence sha11 be so delinquent,

and has been given fifteen days notice of said delinquency, and failed
to pay the same, then the wife or her representative shall serve a copy
of this order, upon the said employer by Certified Mail, return receipt
requested.
Such service shall be prima facie evidence that the
above conditions have occured.

; Upon receipt of this order the employer shall remitt

~ payment forthwith as set forth herein. This income deduction sha11 be

~ in addition to, not of lieu of, all other remedies for collection of
~ Chiid Support provided by Florida law.

This Court further retains jurisdiction of this matter
to enter further Orders, consistent with the rulings herein.
