STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT
r
THIS AGREEMENT made this h day of •
1984, by and between ERIC S. THIEMANN, hereinafter referred to
as the "Husband," and KATHLEEN D. THIEMANN, hereinafter referred
to as the "Wife";
WITNESSETH:
~ WHEREAS, the parties hereto are Husband and Wife,
having been married to each other on December 23, 1978 in Fort
Pierce, Florida; and
WHEREAS, there are two (2) minor children born as issue
of the marriage, to-wit: RICHARD PAUL THIEMANN, date of birth
June 18, 1979, and SHAWN MICHAEL THIEMANN, date of birth April
19, 1981. There are no other children contemplatea as issue oi ~
this marriage; and
WHEREAS, unhappy matrimonial differences have arisen
~ between the parties because of which they are no longer able to
; live together as Husband and Wife and have agreed to live sepa-
~ rate and apart from each other in the future; and
WHEREAS, both parties have given much thought and care-
~ ful consideration to settlement of these differences and have
' determined that they are irreconcilable; and
5 WHEREAS, it is the desire and intention of the parties
~
: that their relationship with respect to child custody, property,
; financial and all other matters arising.out of the relationship
of the parties be-finally fixed by this Stipulation and Agree-
+ ment in order to settle and determine in all respects and for
~
; all purposes, their respective present and future rights, claims
} and demands in such a manner that any action with respect to the
y
rights and obligations, past, present and future, of either
~ party with respect to the other, be finally and conclusively
settled and determined by this Stipulation and Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Husband and Wife respectfully represent
and warrant to each other that each has read and understands
this entire Stipulation and Agreement, is fully cognizant of the
~ terms hereof, and has had or has been advised to seek indepen-
;t
dent legal advice by counsel of his or her own selection
