matters affected by this Stipulation and Agreement, and that all
of the provisions hereof are in the best interests of the
parties hereto and have been mutually agreed upon between them
without any coercion, duress or undue influence on the part of
either of the parties has against the other party hereto, and
upon full disclosure of all the p~operties by each or both of
the parties hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
the mutual covenants, promises and undertakings herein con-
tained, and for other good and valuable consideration, the
parties hereby covenant, promise and agree to and with each
other in the following manner:
1. That the foregoing recitals are true.
2. Consideration. The consideration for this Stipu-
lation and Agreement is the mutual benefits to be obtained by
the parties and the promises of each party to the other. The
adequacy of the consideration for this Stipulation and Agreement
is admitted by the parties.

3. Separation. The parties, at all times hereafter,
shall live separa*e and apart, free from interference by each
; other. Each party may reside at the place or places he or she

may select.
4. Child Custody. The parties agree that both are fit

F persons to have the care, custody and control of their minor
~ children and, accordingly, the parties shall have shared respon-
- sibility of their minor children as that term is presently
~
defined by Florida law and each shall fully participate with the
other and the children in all important matters pertaining to
~ the children's health, welfare, education and upbringing with a
w
view toward arriving at a harmonious policy calculated to pro-
= mote the children's best interests and not with a view toward
the personal desires of the parties. It is understood that each
_ shall fully participate in all major matters and decisions
_ involving the children such as, but not necessarily limited to,
health care, including the selection of doctors and dentists,
