THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on July 19, 1984, upon
the Counter-Petit~oner's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage :
and the Court having heard the testimony o£ the Wife and her
witness, and having examined the Property Settlement Agreement
and being otherwise advised in the premises, makes ~he follawing
findings of fact:
A) The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter;
B) The marriage of the parties is irretrievably
broken.
C) The parties have entered into a Property Settlement
Agreement providing for the disposition of the rpoperty and debts
f
of the parties, said Property Settlement Agreement being entered ~
into on JuI~• 19, 1984. t

WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
l. The marriage of the parties is dissolved and each
spouse is~restored to the status of being single and unmarri~d.
2. The Property Settlement Agreement entered into betwe n
the parties which is attached hereto and incorporated herein is
hereb~ ratified and confirmed and the parties are ordered to
abide by the terms thereof.
3. ~'he Court retains jurisdiction over this cause
