BY THIS AGREEMENT made on this r'day of July, 1984, by
and between ARTHUR SCOTT, herein called husband, and GERALDINE D.
SCOTT, herein called husband, agree as follows:
1. That the marriage between the parties is irreCrievably ~
broken and should be dissolved. ~
2. Personal Property. The wife shall have exclusive owner- i
ship and possesion of the following items: 10 pairsof curtains, one ~
bedroom suite, one end table, two lamps, one what-not shelf and ;

various what-not items, two clocks, three wall pictures, two flower
; planCs and one throw rug. The husbar.d shall have exclusive owner-

~ ship and possession of the following items: one single hospital bed,
i
two dressers, one clock, one phone, two small couches, two end tables,
one stereo, washer, dryer, table with four chairs and linen.

3. Real Property. There is no real property jointly owned ~

by the parties.
4. DebCs. During the course of their marriage, the parties
incurred certain debts. However, both narties represent that they -
~
~
will satisfy all individual debts taken out by the resnective party ~
~
and hold the other party harmless for same. '
5. Alimony. Both husband and wife hereby waive any right
~
he or she may have now or in the future to alimony payments for sup-
port and nlaintenance.
6. ;•iutual Restraining Order. The parties hereto stipulate
and agree that he or she will not interfere, harass, annoy or bother
the other in any manner. ,

7. Attorneys' Fees. Each party shall be responsible for
his or her own attorney's fees and the costs of this action. -
8. Incornoration into Final Judgment. The parties hereto
agree and stipulate that this Property Settlement
