5. CARETHA THOMPSON, whose address is 1906 Avenue M,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and who is qualified under the ~

laws of the State of Florida to serve as personal ~
representative of decedent's estate is entitled to preference {
in appointment as personal representative because she is the
daughter of the decedent and because she was named by the
decedent in her Last Will and Testament to be the Personal `
Representative of the decedent's estate.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets of
this estate are:
a. The real property iocated at 1610 Avenue G, Fort
Pierce, Florida, valued at $10,000.00.
The total amount of real property is $10,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The eriginal of the decedent's last will, dated
November 25, 1958, accompanies this petition. .
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that CARETHA THOMPSON be appointed personal
