the residuary devisees. Petitioner's name and address are:
George W. Klein, 3593 Avalon Road, Shaker Heights, Ohio 44120,
and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are set forth at
the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, MAR~HA KLEIN, whose last known address was
3593 Avalon Road, Shaker Heights, Ohio 44120,
and, whose age was 78 and whose social security number is
27$-42-3b32 die d on November 28 , 19 83 at
Cleveland Heights, Ohio , and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate and of the decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their addresses
