Your petitioner respectfully represents to the Court that
ANTHONY M. PIRKL, who is 86 years of age and whose address is 235 N.E. '

Summer Road, Port St. Lucie, Florida~ is to your petitioner pers~nally
known; that your petitioner's knowledge of his mental condition is
sufficient to justify the belief that he i~s incompetent within the
intent and mganing of Chapter T44.331 F.S. and that the nature of his
disability is senility; that he is now a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and has been a bona fide resident of the State of Florida
continuously for 13Years immediately preceding this petition. The
members of the family of the said person with their addresses, are as
follows:
