8. Any objections to the accounting, the
compensation paid or proposed to be paid, or the proposed
distr.ibution of assets, stating the basis for such objection,
must be filed within 30 days from the date of service hereof.
9. Beneficiary HENRY E. CARON, JR., named in Clause
Second of the Will, has not been located, and his whereabouts is
; unknowr.. Pursuant to Chapter 733.816, Florida Statutes,
Petitioners will deposit his portion of the estate with the Clerk
of the Court and recei~e a receipt therefore.
Petitioners requests that, after satisfactory proof
has been presented that distribution has been made in
accordance with the schedule of distribution and that claims ~
of creditors have been paid or otherwise dispesed of, an
order be entered c~ischaroing Petitioners as personal rLpre-
sentatives of this estate and xeleasing the surety on any bond
which Petitioners may nave posted in this proceec~ing fro:n any
further liability on said bond.
