attached to this petition, ~re reasonable and should be approved by this Caurt.
WHEREFORE, the Personal Representative moves that an Order Approving the ~
Contract for Saie of the decedent's real estate to C. Doyle Jenkins and Dixie B.
Jenkins, his wife, or in the event that the first purchaser fails to qualifv, that

the Court grant approval of the sale to the contingent ourchaser, Patricia 6. Williams 4
of Fort Pierce, Florida under the same terms and conditions contained in the contract 3
for sale and purchase attached hereto. ~
