The Court finds and determines: ` l. That the ourchase and sale agreement on the real oroperty of the decedent, described as: 4-35-40 The East 120 feet of the 41est 330 feet of the North 100 feet of the South 495 feet of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4, St. Lucie Countv, Florida for thP amount of $19,000.00 represents a reasonable and just sale price for said property. 2. That said prooerty should be ir~nediately sold to ~revent waste or oossible - loss to the estate of the decedent. 3. That the contract for sale of the oroperty described above to C. Doyle Jenkins and Dixie 3. Jenkins, his wife should be aoproved and in the event of the failure of C. Doyle Jenkins and Dixie B. Jenkins, his wife to qualifv for financing, that said real property should be sold to Patricia B. Williams of Fort Pierce, Florida under the same terms and conditions as contained in the Jenkins contract, it is hereupon ORDERED that the contract for saie and purchase of the real araperty described as The East 120 feet of the Ylest 330 feet of the orth 100 feet of the South 495 feet of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4, t L cie Count.y, Flo id ~CG- ' ~ to C. Doyle Jenkins and Dixie 8. Jenkins, his wife, by Personal Representative's Deed as soon as closin~ may be had on said purchase contract, and it is further ORDERED that should the first purchasers, C.
