OF PROPERTY
The undersigned petitioner, in accordance with

Florida Statute 744.301, alleges: :

1. Petitioner is the parent and natural guardian of ~

Christine Ellen Schmitt and Kevin Daniel Schmitt, buth minors. i
2. That Christine Ellen Schmitt is age 11, having ;
been born on December 11, 1972, and Kevin Daniel Schmitt is age t
9, having been born on July 26, 1974.
3. That each of the minors herein mentioned are

heirs and devisees under the Last Will and Testament of Thomas J.
Dolan, the said Thomas J. Dolan having died on March 29, 1984, .
and his estate being administere~ by this Honorable Court at No.
84-322-CP.

4. That in accordance with Paragraph Third of the

Last Will and Testament of the aforesaid Thomas J. Dolan, the ;
above minors were named as residual legatees of a remainderman •
interest in and to the personal residence of the decedent known
and numbered as 175 E1 Sito Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida, and
having a value of approximately $15,Q00.00 for the minors
jointly.
5. That by virtue of having received the aforesaid
interest in real estate, the aforesaid minors require the
appointment of a guardian in behalf of the aforesaid property.
6. That the names and addresses of the persons most
closely related to the minars are:
~ A. Maureen Schmitt, mother and natural guardian,
51 Pin Oak Ct., Lake Jacksan, Texas 77566.
