S. Your Petitioner, while a resident of the State of ~

Texas, is sui juris and is otherwise qualified as parent and

natural guardian ~nder Florida Statute 744.309(2) to act a

guardian of the property of the minors and is entitled to ~
<
preference by reason of the joinder of the father of the minor
children in favor of his wife and mother of the minor children, ~
:
his waiver and consent being attached hereto. ~

WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that she, Maureen
Schmitt, be appointed as Guardian of the property of Christine
E11en Schmitt and Kevin Daniel Schmitt, minors, without bond.
