AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION PAID OR TO BE PAID
l. Petitioner, the personal representative, has performed all of
the usual services incident to the administration of the
Estate; however, Petitioner has waived all compensation for
such services.
2. Petitioner, the personal representative, has employed
Attorney Melvin J. Witte to represent him in the administration
of the Estate and Petitioner represents that the sum of $800,

i which sum has been agreed upon, is a reasonable sum to be paid

~ to said attorney for his services incident to the administration

~ of this Estate. Petitioner has also paid real estate sales

commissions in the amount of $1,820 each, to W. K. Coxe Realty,

~ Inc. and to The Furst Company, which amounts were reasonable
