COMES NO[J the Personal Rapresentative of the above
estate, NOEL GILMORE, by and through her undersigned attorney,
and files herewith her Motion for Leave to Sell Real Property in
this estate. The Personal Representative states as follows:
1. The Personal Representative of this estate, NOEL
GILMORE, who is also one of the heirs of the estate , wishes to
purchase the only asset in this estate, to wit: Lot 2, Block
243, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION~6, St. Lucie County, Florida having
a value of $45,000.00.
2. All heirs under this estate have hereby consented to
E this sale by affixing their signatures to the attached copy of

~ the Deposit Receipt and Contract for Sale and Purchase.

~ WHEREFORE, the Personal Representative requests that
~ this Court enter an Order authorizing the sale of the real estate
in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the
