I, GEORG~A B. VAN INGEN, of St. Lucie County, Florida, :
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts
including the expenses of my last illness and funeral
expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise the sum of Five Hu.ndred
($500.00) Dollars and the cemetery lots owned by me in the
Mumford Rural Cemetery, Mumford, New York (known as the
"Coslow" Lots~ and the cemetery lots owned by me in the
Lakeview Cemeter~r at Brockport, New Xork, to JAMES F.
; SCORSE, 27 Elvira Street, Rochester, New York.
( CLAUSE III: I give and devise the sum o~ Fifty ($50.00~
Dollars to FANNIE DARDEN, provided she survives me.

~ CLAUSE IV: I give and devise my antique set of Moon-
Star glass and glass boat and my antique Bell--Dome contain-
~ ing birds to VALERIA SCORSE, 27 Elvira Street, Rochester,
~ New York.

~ CLAUSE ~l: I give and devise all of the rest, residue
~ and remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever

` s~,tuate and whether acquired before or after the execution
of this Will, to my husband, FLOYD B. VAN INGEN, and in

the event he does not survive me then all of said property
shall go instead to VALERIA SCORSE, provided that if she
