does not survive me then all of said property shall go
instead to JAMES F. SCORSE. ~
CLAUSE VI: I nomi.nate and appoint my husband, FLOYD
B. VAN INGEN, as personal representative of this Will, to
serve without bond, and in the event he shall die, resign,
or be unable for any reason to act or to continue acting
as such, then I name and appoint VALERTA SCORSE, as such
personal representative, to serve without bond.
My personal representative shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties and responsibilities granted under
Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
CLAUSE VIT: In the event that my husband, FLOYD B.
VAN INGEN, and I die under such circumstances that it
cannot be determined which of us predeceased the other, I
direct that it shall be conclusively presumed that I sur~
p v~.ved my sai.d husband, and the provisions of this Will
