THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the
Temporary Petition of the Wife, and the Court having heard
argument of counsel for the respective parties, and being
otherwise duly advised in the premises, finds as follows:
1. That there may exist an agrezment between the parties
not recognized as a marriage agreement by,the State of Florida.
~ 2. That the undersigned Judge is an Acting Circuit Judge

` in reference to temporary matters involving dissolution of
~ marriage actions but does not have specific authority to hear

i matters involving a partition action.
~ Based on the foregoing, it is therefore

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petitioner's request for -
~ temporary relief is hereby denied, on this 27th day of July, 1984.
